I bought this item and when I did the initial search, I place in LaserJet 4MPlus. What came up was 4Mp.
The vendor claims it is not returnable as all sales are final but it said nothing about that.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

The cartridge leaks the powdered ink and now my printer is filthy with powdery ink

buy another cartridge for about 10 years.

Very disappointed with toner cartridge – all printed documents have a 4 inch wide dark grey band going down the full length of the page and did not clear up even after printing about 20-30 pages. Finished up having to reinstall my ancient, although nearly depleted toner cartridge in order to get clear printouts. Hopefully Xerox will honor their warranty and exchange this defective unit.

My groundbreaking new XEROX 6R899 Toner Cartridge worked out excellent for my Laserjet 4MP. In the past, reconditioned cartridges turned out to be a total waste of money. I went back to groundbreaking new HP Toner cartridges, but I had to pay $100.
The Xerox version lets me get a groundbreaking new cartridge that has acceptable quality for around $40.00.
