I rec’d the incorrect item. Ordered the HIGH YIELD for considerably more money and rec’d the normal yield. Have contacted Amazon.com MULTIPLE times and they do not even respond to my request for help. Well Amazon, you got my money this time, but I will never order from anyone on your site again. Learned my lesson the expensive way.

Just checking prices on Amazon for replace toner cartridges for the

Brother HL-4040CN color laser printer. The high yield 4 pack is priced

at $379, while buying the 4 high yields (CMYK) separately totals aprox.

$337, thus saving $42 when buying separately. What gives? Hmmmmmmmmm

once you use up the toner that comes with the machine (I have not as of this writing), this is the cost effective replacement

I bought two Brother Toner Cartridges for my printer. Their web site claims products by brother. I assumed they would be genuine brother products. I received one genuine brother cartridge and the other was a compatible brother cartridge. They need to clearly specify genuine or compatible. There are many web sites that sell compatible brother cartridges for a much cheaper price than Amazon.
